Foundations of Positive Preschool Behavior

This workshop is designed to help teachers and preschool leaders build a strong foundation for classroom behavior right from the start. Participants will explore how children obtain knowledge and how this process connects to behavior, as well as learn the “6 Cs” that create a successful classroom environment.

Through case studies, discussion, and practical strategies, participants will discover proactive ways to prevent problems before they start and create spaces where children feel safe, calm, and connected. Participants will leave with a clear understanding of how to support positive behavior through environment, structure, and routines—equipped with strategies that reduce stress, minimize disruptions, and set classrooms up for success all year long
